TCAT Business Solutions' technical experts examine the client's current business processes to establish what is already available to support and develop the competence of the employees. Areas identified for potential improvement are analysed, discussed and agreed with the employer. Employees are then assessed on an individual basis to establish their current knowledge and skill levels to confirm their individual training requirements. A bespoke training programme is then designed and delivered to meet the overall needs of both the employer and employee and to meet apprenticeship framework requirements. Training is then provided on the employers' premises at mutually convenient times so that effective support is given.
