Primarily aimed at experienced warehouse & distribution personnel, our cost-effective on-site courses develop the employees' awareness of how their communication and actions directly affect others in the logistics chain. The success of the TCAT's Warehouse & Logistics training programme is based on a proven four stage model:

• Initially assess the company's training needs
• Select and deliver the appropriate programmes specifically designed to meet the company's needs
• Identify areas for improvement; discuss and agree with the employer
• Employees are assessed by skilled assessors to ensure that targets are achieved

Based on the agreed programme, our industry experts support and develop the competence of the employee to a successful nationally recognised level (eg NVQs). All employees are assessed on an individual basis and must demonstrate a full understanding of industry requirements. Where weaknesses are identified, individual training plans are developed.

Our industry experts closely monitor new developments in the industry to ensure that programmes are up to date and in line with industry requirements. We can then offer the best possible support to your business. All programmes are carried out on the employer's own premises wherever possible, at mutually agreed times.
