To enhance the production efficiency at Magna Specialist Confectioners and reduce machinery maintenance costs.

Training Fulfilment:
Introductory maintenance skills programme to develop and up-skills operators to carry out first line maintenance. Further assessment and skills analysis identified the need for Process Technicians training covering mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems maintenance.
