The new National Employer Training Programme, Train To Gain, is funded by the Government to provide a complete support package for industry. Any employer can approach the service for all aspects of business support and development.

Train To Gain - Government funded training for business:

The training programme includes the follow on from the very successful Employer Training Pilots that occurred in specific areas across the country called Train To Gain, which provides subsidised training to any employee for their first level two qualification. TCAT Business Solutions integrates with the Train to Gain brokerage service to develop bespoke training packages that meet the needs of the employer, to develop their employee skill base and improve overall productivity of the business.
